Do each exercise listed below followed by a slow jog/fast walk (w/ block) across the band field and back (100 yards total).

We were unmercifully treated to 45 intermittent burpees (w/ block) thanks to 4 regular buses and one short bus. One set was a 20 burpee double bus whammy.
