14 PAX began the week at The Hill on what started as a muggy but otherwise dry morning. Little did we know what was ahead….

Mosey to the main SHHS parking lot for some light stretching and dynamic moves to warmup.
THE THANG
Beginning in the lower parking lot, run to the far end, up to the next level, to the end of that level, up to the end of the top level, and then back down. On the way back down, stop at each set of steps. Starting with 5 rounds, run the steps and then move on to next set. Once you’ve done all four sets of steps, rinse and repeat reducing the number of steps each round to 4, then 3, and so on.
Several PAX were on their way to round 3 when some thunder and lightning snuck up on us so we decided to move to a safer location.
MARY
Much more Mary than we typically enjoy (~15min) due to the sudden onset of lightning. The PAX took turns leading various moves while 1 PAX sprinted to the end of the covered front of the SHHS weight room.
