Jedi’s Ladder (Broken)
The Pax would start on rung 1 compete then complete rung 1 and 2. Continue this pattern through 8 rungs. 1,2,3. Start over 1,2,3,4 …
- 1 Jacked Iron Hulk (new exicon?) An Iron Hulk but use a block for the press instead of air. We did sets 1-5 each time.
- Elf on the shelf x 30 R/L = 1
- Double Merkin Burpee x 20
- Imperial Squat Walkers x 50 Squat, one leg, squat, other leg = 1
- Bear crawl the stairs to the top of Little hill, then run back down. X 2
- Curls x 60
- Tricep Extensions overhead x 60
- LBC holding block overhead x 50
After the first rung partners could tackle each rung anyway they wanted. Example round 2. Whiplash completed sets 1-3 of Jacked Iron Hulk and JarJar did sets 4-5. Then split Elf on the shelf. Round 3 they flip flopped the Jacked Iron Hulk rounds, split Elf on the shelf, split double merkin burpees.
This was a broken ladder because after round 4-5 Most of the Pax went straight through the rest of the ladder before returning back to the top again. After round 1 the Pax has already done 60 total overhead presses with a block.
It was called Jedi’s Ladder as the first four rings spell his name. Also, YHC learned that the F3 exicon is sparse on super hero, Star Wars, and Star Trek references. YHC was hoping to find The Lightsaber or other themed movements that my 2.2 is interested in.

PRAYER Forgot prayer, but did thank the Pax for all the encouragement over the last 2 months after about an 11 month absence.
After 11 months away with work, family, and injury excuses YHC gained about 50 plus pounds. When he returned in late May he was a Sad clown again. YHC is nowhere near his goal but each post moves him closer. Thank you Pax for the encouragement along the way.
