We had 8 Pax show up on a nice warm morning. Everything’s sore from Murph yesterday, therefore I thought we would take it a little easy.

THE THANG
1. We lined up in the parking lot and did 1 Merkin, mosey to the other end of the parking lot and do 2 merkins, mosey back and do 3 merkins all the way up to 15.
Once everyone finished, we did slow lunges a few parking spots and back.
2. In the same spot, we did 1 squat, mosey to the other end of the parking lot and do 2 squats, mosey back and do 3 squats all the way up to 10.
Once everyone finished, we did butt kickers a few parking spots and back.
3. In the same spot, we did 1 sit up, mosey to the other end of the parking lot and do 2 sit ups, mosey back and do 3 sit ups all the way up to 10.
4. 10 Carolina Dry Docks then mosey to the other side of the parking lot and do 10 LBCs, then 9 of each all the way down.
