100% humidity greeted the pax for a Saturday beat down. It was supposed to be an easy work out, and on paper, it was. IRL, as the kids say, it was tough.

After each round, a pax would hand the flag to another pax, who would mosey to a new spot for the next round. We easily put in over a mile of jogging (soft J, pronouced “yogging”).
