Dragon Hunt

11 PAX came out on a soggy Immortal Station morning to embark on an epic quest

THE THANG
The PAX were divided into three groups and tasked with slaying a mighty dragon. Before they could do so they had to recruit new adventurers to their fellowship from four stations around the AO by besting them in challenges of athleticism.

The Barbarian: Strength

• 15 hand release merkins
• 15 coupon curls
• 15 overhead presses
• 15 tricep dips
• 15 bent over rows

The Ranger: Agility

• 10 Burpees
• 20 monkey humpers
• 10 Spider-Mans (L,R =1)
• 20 plank jacks
• 10 Bonnie Blairs (L,R =1)

The Rogue: Speed

• Sprint up Magnolia hill
• 5 merkins at top
• Run back
• 5 merkins at bottom

The Wizard: Willpower

• 120 sec. low plank
• 90 sec Al Gore w/ coupon
• 90 sec. static curl w/ coupon

Each station was repeated for 5 minutes with a bridge lap in between. With the company gathered it was time to slay the beast. As a team, each group was tasked with:

Every group completed the quest and some even managed to get an extra lap in. Great work!!
