THE THANG
- Set a timer for 2 minutes and had to do a 400 meter run around the track in time. Once finished, 10 second rest then, for one minute do 1 Burpee – 10 Overhead Press – 10 Heels to Heaven then repeat until time. Rest 60 seconds. Repeat that 4 times.
- Set a timer for 1 minute and had to do a 200 meter run in time. Once finished, 10 second rest then, for one minute do 1 Burpee – 10 Dips – 10 Australian Snow Angels then repeat until time. Rest 60 seconds. Repeat that 4 times.
- Set a timer for 30 seconds and had to do a 100 meter run in time. Once finished, 10 second rest then, for one minute do 1 Burpee – 10 Flutter Kicks – 10 Merkins then repeat until time. Rest 60 seconds. Repeat that 4 times.
- Set a timer for 15 seconds and had to do a 50 meter run in time. Once finished, 10 second rest then, for one minute do 1 Burpee – 10 Block Curls – 10 LBC then repeat until time. Rest 45 seconds while walking back to start. Repeat that 4 times.
