It was a brewtiful 53-degree morning to celebrate St. Patty’s day a little early. 12 Pax enjoyed the weather and put in some work!

THE THANG
To build the perfect Strava map workout 5 stations were used, and each station created a 4 leaf clover (Albeit a little squished). Pax started at the Middle station and then ran to one of the 4 other stations. After completing the station they ran back to the middle and completed the middle station again. Pax had to go to all 4 stations before doing a station a second time. To set the mood Irish Workout songs were blasted at the middle station. All Pax did the 4 stations and started on a second round. All stations had 3 exercises and 17 reps of each, because St. Patty’s day!
