THE THANG
Four stations set up where progressed in order
- Station 1: a round of Octamerkins
- Station 2: 10 pullups
- Station 3: Abs, roll the die, do 10 reps (choice of single-ct, 2-ct, 4-ct)
- 1 – LBCs
- 2 – Freddie Mercuries
- 3 – American Hammers
- 4 – Heels to Heaven
- 5 – Mountain climbers
- 6 – V-Ups
- Station 4: Everest up the straight part of the hill from the mailbox.
Run back down the parking lot loop and back to station 1 to rinse and repeat. Most PAX made it through 3-5 rounds.
