3 Pax made it out in decent 30 degree weather. One Pax had to go home for a coupon. It was the first post for YHC in about two weeks after recovering from something that tested negative for Covid, but had all of the same symptoms as my coworkers who have all tested positive.

THE THANG
The Pax ran measured distances using light poles and stairs on the bleachers as guides.
- Round 1: At the end of each run do 5 curls (total of 40)
- Run to light pole back, then to each of the stairs and back.
- Round 2: At the end of each run do 5 Overhead Presses (total of 40)
- Run to light pole back, then to each of the stairs and back.
- Round 3: At the end of each run do 10 Tricep Extentions (total of 40)
- Run to light pole back, then to next to last, middle, and 2nd set of stairs.
- Round 4: At the end of each run do 6 over the shoulder Sandbag tosses (24 total)
- Run to light pole back, then to next to last, middle, and 2nd set of stairs.
- YHC should the other Pax a few other exercises (Sandbag toss and Shoulder Slam) in hopes they can be incorporated into future Qs.
