Arrowhead turns 5 and just so happens to coincide with a winter NETN convergence.  So what better place on an absolutely bitterly windchill frozen day than the darkness that is our humble AO combined  with non OSHA approved black ice.

YHC wanted to welcome the visitors of arrowhead with a small sampling of some of the offerings we have delivered by some of the faithful core pax
Daisy aka Coach (come to boilermaker and you’ll know dadgummit)  welcomed folks into the Pain Cave for an 11 minute EMOM, alternating 7 burpees, and 10 pushups, 15 squats

The legend that is Gutterball aka G  did a round robin of octoball merkins, 10 pullups, 10 underdogs on the swings, and lunges in-between the pavilion poles on the playground

YHC braved the icy dangers of the hill for a modest Dora of merkins, squats and lbc’s
