THE THANG
For The Thang, we dove deep into SPAM’s Sack-o-Fun to lead the workout. Each play ball has a different workout on it that varies from warm-up exercises to full-out smokers. Each between 20-30 reps. Some would say it was almost too much to stomach (looking at our FNG Shaft! for the spilt Merlot!) Some of the hits this morning included
- Merkins (including the block pull-through kind)
- SSH
- Mountain Climbers (even a shout-out to Dredd for the correct form!)
- Squats
- H2H
- LBC’s
- Burpees
- Calf Raises
- Freddie Mercury’s

We had to Mortal Kombat the finish, so no time for Mary.

I’ve recently celebrated 1 year of F3. Looking into retrospectives is vastly important in making future goals. I’ve never been much of a goal-setter, but looking back at what I was capable of 1 year ago and what I can do now has helped to determine where I can go from here. This doesn’t just apply to working out; we can do this with our relationships, our families, our jobs, our spiritual walks, etc. Key is: Don’t live in the past, but allow what you know of the past to determine your goals for the future.
