THE THANG
Since YHC was on vacation last week and partook of some desserts and higher caloric drinks  than normal, and presuming that others may have had some hearty bbq’s for Independence Day I figured some cardio was in order.  During the workout I deemed a good name for the Q could be the magic school bus…Pax moseyed to the swing set.  For 10 underdogs, then jog to the corner with the playground for 30 mtn climbers (r/l = 1).  Jog to far corner of the school for 20 merkins, then job to next corner which is opposite of swings for 30 Freddy Mercury’s.  Then jog to bottom of hill and Everest to mid point and then sprint to top.  Recover on way down then R&R.
