After a nearly 3-year injury-induced hiatus, I have returned to Q this brisk morning at Arrowhead. 6 hearty men joined me. Thanks to Honeysuckle for reminding me of the correct terminology when leading. It has been a while.

THE THANG
- Each man partner up. While one PAX carries a block in each hand, the other will bear crawl to the cone in the middle of the field, then switch roles. Continue to the far side of the field. Follow the directions when you arrive at the cone.
- Block squats X10
- Block curls X20
- BBSU X15
- Flutter kicks X15
- Overhead presses X20
- Block Merkins X10
- Run to the goalpost and back
- Rinse and repeat to the other side of the field. Rinse and repeat.
