THE THANG
Even though it was a few days early YHC grabbed the day as my bday Q since I won’t be able to host for the actual one. Enough preamble my dudes were present  we moseyed to the mid point of the hill by the school for phase 1:

dora: 100 V-ups, 200 flutter kicks, 300 lbc’s

onward to phase 2. Mosey to parking lot by the playground. At light 1: 10 merkins, light 2: 10 merkins, 20 lunges. Light 3: 10 merkins, 20 lunges, 30 Freddy mercurys. Light pole 4: 10 merkins, 20 lunges, 30 Freddy mercurys, 40 squats.  Finish with 10 pull-ups. R&R

At arrowhead, for those that don’t know, we will have playlists during the Q. I chose a playlist that was rather random and with music from several genres and decades. The point being we are all different with different backgrounds yet we all show up and do it. So I wanted the music to reflect that back on us .
