Northeast Tennessee Johnson City The Range (Science Hill)

A crisp 47 degree fall morning found 6 pax at The Range ready to log miles and get swoll. Stretching was advised beforehand as we would be off to a quick start.

Well…we started with a quick Willie Mays Hayes to the left and right to buy a tardy pax some time…

THEN! Ranger Mile to get our legs warmed up for the adventure ahead.

Indigenous run between four stations around campus: the skate park, Baby Shark hill, the front entrance of LBMS, and the top of the soccer track. The goal was to stay together

  1. STOP 1: DIPS – 60
  2. STOP 2: LBCS – 180
  3. STOP 3: MERKINS – 120
  4. STOP 4: BOX CUTTERS – 120

Repeat Time!

Indigenous run back to The Range with two laps around the track for good measure.
