PBS Gonna Give it to ya!

On a clear and much colder than advertised 24 PAX from around the region to converge for #Arrowhead and @PBS’s 6 year anniversary.

THE THANG
PAX were divided into 3 groups with group 1 starting at the Pain Cave with @Zippo for 11’s of Step Ups (2 count) and Derkins then sets of 20 of Freddie Mercury alternating with Superman.

Group 2 started with @Bobber at the Playground doing 11’s of Pullups and Underdogs.

Group 3 was on the hill (cant remember our name for it with @Etch-a-Sketch for a moving rendition of Thunderstruck doing Burpees for each “Thunder” and SSH between- a DORA with Merkins and Bernie Sanders up the hill and run back down- and Bring Sally Up with Squats.

After 12 minutes at a station, each group rotated until all 3 stations were completed.

MARY
The outgoing AOQ tried to have some fun with the Mary, but it is really hard to get 24 PAX to pay attention at 7:26am…. We were partially successful in completing the Plank Train and 100% unsuccessful in completing the ugly cousin of the Plank Train, the Rolling Superman Banana Train.
