THE THANG
Mosey to the Hill-
The night before Jesus was crucified, the disciples sat and celebrated the Passover 11 left and walked from the upper room to the Garden of Gethsemane where they were to pray with Jesus, but the disciples laid down and fell asleep. So we did 11’s (11 disciples) and at the bottom Squats (sitting and eating Passover) and at the top we did Freddie Mercury (falling asleep)
Mosey to the flag-
After Jesus was beaten and tried and falsely convicted, He was forced to carry his cross, but Simon came and carried it. The PAX partnered up and one partner Farmer Carried the coupon while the other Bear Crawl beside him. Flap Jack every 20 steps for about 150 yards.
Mosey to the endzone on the field-
The cross was carried up the hill called Golgotha where Jesus was crucified and died. After he was buried, the soldiers rolled a stone in front of the tomb where Jesus’ body lay for 3 days. So the PAX took their coupon and threw it down the field toward the other goal line (Roll the stone). Run to the coupon and do 3 merkins (3 days) and once at the other end line, grab coupon and go to steps and do 50 Step Ups with the coupon (up the hill with the cross) and once finished, repeat the coupon throw back to the end line.
Mosey to the flag-
On the third day, when the ladies got to the tomb, they were met by and angel. The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’
So the PAX ran around the track and stopping at each of the 4 turns did 5 Star Jumps because they were so excited that Jesus was indeed Risen!

We did not do this because Mary ran back to tell everyone the good news of Jesus’ resurrection!
