4 PAX on this beautiful Thursday morning for my fist Q!

Since this was my first Q, the warmup consisted of movements where I remembered the names: side straddle hop, imperial walkers, WMH, Inch warm, sticky butt kickers, jog.
THE THANG
3 separate workouts, working down and back on a road with tolls. Giving the upper body a little rest after the Vern.
- 10 Min Cap: Lunge across the football field and run back, Toll each way was 15 air squats.
- 15 Min Cap: Partner work. Partner A runs to one end of the road and performs 1 squat jump, runs back to tag Partner B who performs the same. Each round we added another squat jump. Toll was 3 burpees. Round 5+, resting partner performed 5 V-ups.
- 10 Min Cap: High Knees and Bear Crawls across the field. Toll was 15 switch lunges.
With a little time at the end, we did a moving MARY, and yes there was a toll.
