THE THANG
WE FINISHED 9 INNINGS FOR ONCE!!! Mainly because YHC didn’t make the same mistake I usually make with regard to the rep count…Pax mosey to the field beside the school. Each inning consists of the same exercise and each “base corresponds to the intersection of the sidewalks nearest the actual base around the field. 10 reps performed at each base, except home base which was 15.
