THE THANG
We did a bunch of Tabatas and here were the two excercises.

  • **Line Hops:**  

    – Stand on one side of a line or block.

    – Hop back and forth over the line or block laterally. Over and Back is One

    **Line Plank Walk:**  

    – Start in a plank position with your hands on one side of the line.

    – Walk your hands and feet over the line, moving laterally, then back to the starting position.  Over and back = 1

    Jump Squat Twist 180 so each leg is on opposite side. 

    **Coupon Line American Hammer:**  

    – Sit on the ground with the line between your legs.

    – Holding the coupon with both hands, twist your torso to one side and touch the coupon to the ground, then twist to the other side. Over and back = 1

    **Line Plank Coupon Drag:**  

    – Start in a plank position with the coupon beside you on one side of the line.

    – Drag the coupon under you to the other side of the line while maintaining the plank position then drag back with other hand.  Over and back = 1

    SSH – Across line then on line- 2 count

    **Line Lunges:**  

    – Lunge forward, ensuring your leading foot crosses the line each time.  2 count

    **Line Heel Taps:**  

    – Lie down with your shoulders perpendicular to the line and spine over the line.

    – With feet together, lift both together and tap one side of line with heels then lift and tap other side.  Over and back = 1

    **Hand Release Line Push-Ups:**  

    – Start with both hands on one side of the line and feet on the line

    – Perform a hand release push-up, then “walk” your hands over the line and perform another push-up on the other side.  Over and back = 1

    Rocky Balboa

    Stand with both feet facing the line and tap one toe on the other side of the line then swap taping the other toe…or use a block and tap the top of that.

    **Coupon Line American Hammer:**  

    – Sit on the ground with the line between your legs.

    – Holding the coupon with both hands, twist your torso to one side and touch the coupon to the ground, then twist to the other side. Over and back = 1

    Straight Leg Ski

    Straight legs straddling the line perpendicular. Swap so each leg crosses line at same time so feet are now opposite side of line. Over and back = 1

    Step Squat Across Line

    Straddle line and squat.  Bring both feet on one side of line and squat. Straddle again and squat. Both on opposite side and squat. Back to start. 

    Squat Jump but over line. 

    **Line Burpees:**  

    – Stand on one side of the line.

    – Perform a burpee, then jump laterally over the line. Perform another burpee on the other side. Over and back = 1

    Mountain Climbers:

    Hand on one side of line and feet on other.  When you do your mountain climbers get your foot close to your hands and touch the same side of the line as your hands.

  • We repeated one and then did one more set called by Perfect Pitch
