9 doods had…the time of our lives…and we never felt like this before. And we owe it all to PBS. The weather was delightful. The ground was moisty. I think a lot of doods were tired, and it was humid, so this was a grind. Grinding produces results and is part of the process sometimes. T-claps for showing up.

THE THANG

Mosey to the hill with a coupon for the THANG.OYO.

Set 1: 10 KBS, run up the hill to the first level. At that level, 10 hand-release merkins. Repeat 10x for 100 KBS, 100 HRM.

Set 2: Mosey with your coupon to the mid-level. 10 thrusters, run up the hill to the second level. At that level, do 10 supermans. Repeat 10x for 100 thrusters, 100 supermans. Rinse and repeat for time.
