It was a chilly morning as fall starts to hit the early morning workouts, are shorts still a good idea?? 4 pax came out this morning to start the fun week of squatage…. is that a real word!

THE THANG
.5 mile Mosey to the location in front of the High School were the 50-yard-long wall commenced the workout. Starting out at one end with 24 dips, mosey to the halfway mark for 24 seated boat/canoes, mosey again to another section to perform 24 inclined merkins, then to the end for 24 squats. Ran back to the beginning and performed each exercise as they decreased by 2. 22 of each the second round, 20 the third round, 18 the fourth round, etc. .5 mile mosey back to parking lot.

We had a few more minutes to spare so you guessed it, more squats!! Total of 720 all together!

Canned food drive and squat challenge has started off for this week. Alot of pax are out this week for fall break and or injuries. Glow 5K at the Y this Saturday starting at 7pm!
