๐ŸŽ…๐ŸŽ„ Ho Ho Ho, Merry Fitness!

On a crisp and clear 31-degree morning, six brave souls – Spam, Jake, Ghostrider, Jobs, Bisquick, and our special guest from the Windy City, Sumo – gathered under the twinkling stars. As the moon shone bright and full, casting a cool, silvery glow, we embarked on a festive and slightly frosty adventure, the “Twelve Days of Christmas” workout.

๐ŸŽ The Scene: The air was as crisp as a fresh batch of Christmas cookies, and the mood was as jolly as Santa’s workshop. With each breath, we could see our own frosty puffs of air, reminding us that this was no ordinary workout – it was a holiday extravaganza of fitness!

๐Ÿคถ The Cast: Our six merry men, each more eager than the last to shed those extra holiday pounds, were ready to jingle all the way through this challenging workout. Spam was as ready as a kid on Christmas morning, Jake had the enthusiasm of a reindeer in flight, Ghostrider was gliding through the cold like a ghost of Christmas past, Jobs was as determined as an elf on a deadline, Bisquick was mixing it up like a batch of Christmas cinnamon biscuits, and Sumo, well, he brought a bit of Chicago’s famous ‘Windy’ cheer to our group.

๐ŸŒŸ The Theme: In the spirit of the season, we decided to give the classic “Twelve Days of Christmas” song a fitness twist. Instead of lords a-leaping and maids a-milking, we had burpees bursting and muscles milking!

So, with our spirits high and our bodies ready for a holiday beatdown, we embarked on a workout that was sure to make even Santa sweat all with some great Christmas music.

  5. ๐Ÿ’ 5 Golden Rings (Five Diamond Merkins)
  6. ๐Ÿฆข 6 Geese a-Laying (Six Monkey Humpers)
  7. ๐ŸŠ 7 Swans a-Swimming (Seven Swimming Supermans- Australian Snow Angels)
  8. ๐Ÿฅ› 8 Maids a-Milking (Eight Calf Raises)
  9. ๐Ÿ’ƒ 9 Ladies Dancing (Nine Dance Squat Jumps)
  10. ๐Ÿƒ 10 Lords a-Leaping (Ten Broad Jumps)

Each round starts with the first exercise, then progresses sequentially, adding one new exercise and one extra pull up per round.
