The weather forecast was much worse than reality. We still had some misting rain and some wind, but that didn’t stop 6 HIM from finding the dedication to post this morning. Since YHC planned for pouring rain and 20+ MPH winds, we stayed under the pavilion, just incase it ever showed.

THE THANG
Board created with the Double Dominoes (blank through 12). Each with a different exercise. Each Pax took turns drawing. To get each involved, if you draw it, you call the cadence, unless one of the couple OYO’s. After 3 picks/exercises, we found our way down the pavilion in multiple ways (Run, Lunge Walk, Squat walk, High knees, Windmill Walk, Toy Solders). After each round of 12, we took a minute to wall sit with overhead presses, swimming strokes, getting lower and 10 counts. 2 full rounds completed, with the reps cut in half on second round. What looked so simple, turned into most hurting a little. All with a 80’s playlist going in the background.
