It was cold, 23 degrees. But 12 brave Pax posted today, doubling that of other local AOs, even with the promise of running. YHC learned afterwards that the running is relative. What is exorbitant to one, is insufficient to another. But running should warm the soul when it’s 23, and ain’t nobody got time to be grabbing bars and chains today. So here we go.

THE THANG
Dora has a sister who’s a bit twisted. Her name is Contora. She does a lot of things that Dora does, but she likes to add a twist in the routine. Whether twisting the core or a different angle on a common favorite. Pax partnered up and took a parking spot, school side, near the middle of the parking lot. One partner ran to the end of the parking lot and back, while the other completed the items below, then switched. Cumulative reps were recorded for the partners. We switched the end of the lot for running when we changed the type of exercise.
- 75 Australian Snow Angels
- 100 Uneven Merkins (one hand on curb, other hand and two feet on parking lot)
- 200 Twisted Squat Jump on the curb (from a squat, box jump onto the curb rotating 90 degrees for the landing)
- 300 Freddie Mercuries
