Disclaimer interrupted by Burpee Train right at 5:30am.  Could not have timed it better for 10 PAX on a brisk 27 degree morning who were about to experience the Dozen Descent for the first time.

The Thang

The Dozen Descent – perform the following exercises with each corresponding reps starting at the top and work your way to the bottom.  Bridge Lap.  Descend again, but drop the top exercise and repeat descent.  Rinse and repeat all the way down.

9          Heelys (R/L = 1)

8          Carolina Dry Docks

7          BBSUs

6          Mike Tysons

5          V-Ups

4          Werkins

3          Lt Get Ups (2 R/L Lunges and 1 Prisoner Get Up)

2          Yurpees

1          BOPO

Unfortunately, the descent would be too far for anyone to reach all the way to the bottom.
