THE THANG
Ring of Fire with coupons, the table and tunes were on the docket. 22 different exercises set up (cones) in a large circle at the pavilion. A good mixture of legs, core, arms and all with different rep totals. Coupons in the middle of circle where the table and a “Fire” playlist to keep us going.
- Each PAX picked a cone to start on and completed the exercise
- When complete – run to middle and pick a coupon exercise (alternating between KBS (10), Overhead Press (20), Curls (20), or Rows (20).
- Then exit back to cone recently completed and run, skip, lung or Bernie all the way around the circle.
- Start the process over at the next cone in line. I don’t think anyone finished all 22, but some gave a good run at it.
