THE THANG
Part 1 – Culture Club Celebration of 53 years with some Tabata consisting of 5 exercises at 3 different stations, with 53 second intervals. PAX rotate around a station. Once all 5 completed at a station, a pavilion lap was completed. A play list of songs from 1971 and 1981 playing throughout the workout.
- Station 1 – Coupons – Kettlebells, Curls, Tricep Extensions, Grave Diggers, Lawnmower pulls
- Station 2 – American Hammers (with kettlebell), Mike Tysons, Bear crawl/Crawl Bear, Shuffle down and back, Sprint down/Bernie back
- Station 3 – Goblet Squat (with kettlebell), Jump Rope, Box Jumps/Step ups, Bobby Hurley’s, Broad Jumps
- A descent sized Burpee train graced us right at the end of Part 1.
Part 2 – ABACABB Celebration of 43 years with 4 rounds of 3 exercises that totaled 43 reps per round.
- Start with 3 Block Burpees at top of pavilion
- Run to middle of pavilion and complete 20 Merkins
- Run to end of pavilion and complete 20 V-Ups
- Run back to top of pavilion and repeat a total of 4 rounds.
