🍏 A Nod to Jobs – “The Apple of F3’s Eye” 🍏

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

On a day that felt like the dawn of a new era was spitting upon us, 3 PAX gathered on a wet morning to honor the legacy of Jobs, not just the tech mogul but our very own silent warrior of the gloom by revisiting his VQ from August of 2016. With the presence of F3 Woz, it was like the founding fathers of Apple reunited, but this time in the pursuit of fitness, fellowship, and faith sans Jobs.

The Thang – #14 Sequences at the Picnic Table Area

Channeling the spirit of innovation and challenge, we embarked on a journey through the levels, each with a tribute to the number 14, reminiscent of Jobs’s attention to detail and perfection.

  • Bottom Level: 14 Merkins πŸ’ͺ
  • 1st Level: 14 Merkins then 14 Step ups (each leg) πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ
  • 2nd Level: 14 Big Boy Sit-ups then 14 Decline Merkins πŸ”οΈ

Instead of an amphitheater run, we added our own twist with a run to the stop sign and back between each level, keeping the heart rate up and the mumblechatter down during the 3 rounds.

Mosey to the Front Porch – Ring of Fire πŸ”₯

In a circle of trust and pain, we called exercises for the PAX to complete while each took turns sprinting to a street sign and back. A true test of endurance and camaraderie, with exercises like BBSU, Merkins, LBAC, Squats, American Hammers, and Crunches, making it a full-body beatdown.

Count-O-Rama & Name-O-Rama

3 PAX strong, with special nods to Jobs for the magic of the original VQ.
