6 PAX gathered on a cool March 26th morning which is also National Spinach Day. This fact was unknown to five PAX this morning as well as YHC until a couple of days ago. What a better way to honor it than by a beatdown of the arms and make them like Popeye’s?

The Thang
Mosey to the Great Field with coupon. For the first round, start with a Colt 45 and then mosey around the field stopping at each park bench (there is a total of 8) for 10 derkin reps. Return to starting point for second round of Colt 45 and complete 10 dips at each park bench. Following the third round of Colt 45, complete 10 reps of Noodling for Catfish (Start in a plank position on an incline do a merkin but when in down position, hold with one arm while other reaches down under bench like your feeling for something for 3 seconds and then hand back to bench and finish the merkin). This will leave the arms aching.
Mosey back to wall for a 1 minute wall sit followed by 20 chicken peckers. Rinse and repeat.
