Episode #101 “The One Where the Vern Spawned Legs” 🏃‍♂️🖍️

As the cool, overcast day greeted us with a mild 57°F, Ghost Rider and I might have opted for the comfort of our warm beds. Yet, there he was, Pitch Perfect, waiting in his truck like the guardian of commitment. Without him, we surely would have embraced the art of fart sacking. 🌫️🚗

DISCLAIMER
Today, we give a nod to Etch and redefine the classic Vern with a leggy twist, so if you thought your legs had a day off, think again! We’re sketching out pain like it’s an Etch A Sketch. Each lap and squat might redraw your comfort zone, and remember, this isn’t paid programming—participate at your own risk and keep those legs moving! 🏃‍♂️🎨

THE THANG: “Etch A Sketch Tribute”
Inspired by Etch A Sketch’s unfortunate absence due to his knee and our collective need for more leg torture, we embarked on a Vern with a twist—literally adding legs to it! 🦵🖍️

– **Lap 1 & 2**: Start with a jog around the school to get those gears turning.
– **Exercise 1**: 5 Burpees (just to make sure we’re awake)
– **Run**: Because why not keep the heart guessing?
– **Exercise 2**: 10 Pull-Ups to embrace the upper body’s cries.
– **Run**: Catch your breath if you can.
– **Exercise 3**: 15 Step-Ups to make those legs beg for mercy.
– **Run**: Best way to mix pain with pleasure.
– **Exercise 4**: 20 Merkins to remember what arms are for.
– **Run**: More running, because the ground misses you.
– **Exercise 5**: 25 Dips, because who likes stable arms?
– **Run**: Just another flirt with distance.
– **Exercise 6**: 30 Little Baby Crunches to tickle those abs.
– **Run**: Again, because why not?
– **Exercise 7**: 35 Squats, turning those legs to jelly.
– **Run**: Attempt to move those newly formed jelly legs.

Rinse and repeated five times, though Ghost Rider finished at time missing the the last sprint, his legs wobbling like fresh spaghetti. 🍝

MOLESKIN:
Today was a lesson in leg day importance—akin to mastering legato on a rugged terrain. It’s all about how we each adapt, modify and face the music, quite literally, with our 90s jams from Smash Mouth to the eclectic beats of Psy and MC Hammer, plus a dash of Weird Al. Every squat, every step was in tune with our own capabilities and challenges. 🎵🔥
