Cloudy skies in the mid 60s with some noticeable humidity. 5 Pax ventured out this morning having varying degrees of cuteness. All came ready to work.

  • Lat stretch: hands straight up and then hold a 10 ct bending arms to the left/right side

  • Inchworms x2 into Etch-a-Stretch (conveniently when the milk truck came, so the trucker can see how cool we were)

THE THANG
Pre-Murph workout:

  • 5 pullups
  • 10 merkins
  • 15 squats

Do four rounds, then run a lap around the school.

Modifications (Up: 10, 20, 30 reps;  Down: run to stop sign and back)

Rinse and repeat the set.

Most Pax finished 3 sets.
