THE THANG
Pre-Murph workout:
- 5 pullups
- 10 merkins
- 15 squats
Do four rounds, then run a lap around the school.
Modifications (Up: 10, 20, 30 reps; Down: run to stop sign and back)
Rinse and repeat the set.
Most Pax finished 3 sets.
