Today reminded us that like visiting other F3 groups, revisiting the principles reinvigorates our commitment. Grab a brother, hit a workout, and spread the F3 spirit. And if you’re ever feeling like you know it all, a fresh look can bring new insights, just like diving back into a beloved bookβor our Exicon! ππ‘
