A 1/4 mile Indian run to arrive at the first warm up… Motivators from 10.  Once the calves were properly primed, we moved into plank position calf stretching followed by mountain climbers.  Next onto shoulders, arm circles fwd/bkwd and shoulder pretzels. Mountain man poopers.  Then another Indian run to the Q zone, aka our old meeting spot in by the field.
THE THANG
10 Mercans to opposite knee tap followed by 10 slowly dying cucarachas. Jog about 30 meters and back.   (x3)

10 Imperial Squatters followed by 20 High knee jog in place.  Jog 30m and back.   (x3)

A slow mosey to the Pain cave for the stage 3 of the thang…

Box jumps x 10 followed by 15 calf raises in plank position with hands on the 1/4 wall. (x3)

Finally a mosey to the steep section of hill for 10 all out sprints.

We finished with a “top down” ab Mary of 10 reps each:

  • LBC
  • WW2
  • Cucaracha de muerte
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Heels to heaven
  • (x2)
