THE THANG
Inspired by the Vern, we perform the Faux-Vern, replacing Tricep Dips for Squats and only 1 lap around the campus pre and post-Q

  • 1 lap around the school.    After each exercise, the PAX jogged 50 yard and back before performing the next exercise. Completed in perpetuity until we reached quittin’ time.
  • 10 pull ups – run
  • 20 mercans – run
  • 25 squats – run
  • 30 crunches – run
  • Final lap around the campus
