  • 3 burpees (begin round and repeats EMOM before resuming exercises)
  1. 50 HR Merkins
  2. 100 Leg Raises
  3. 150 Jungle Boi Squats “2Spoonz Style”
  4. 200 Big Boi Situps
  5. 250 Stationary Lunge Steps (L + R = 1 rep)

Someone counted we completed 39 rounds (39 minutes), but I don’t believe anyone finished before time called.
