Killer B’s

14 HIM (including 3 FNG’s) found their way to Founder Park this morning. The field was dry and knowing we were going to have some new guys, YHC decided to keep everyone together as much as possible.

THE THANG
Mosey to the field for a few rounds of Killer B’s. This was a Iron Pax Challenge back in 2019 from Greenwood, SC, slightly modified.

• 4 cones set up 10 yards apart.
• Start at cone 1 and Broad Jump to cone 2
• Once at the cone 2 perform 5 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs and 10 Big Boy Sit ups
• Then Broad Jump to cone 3 and complete the same exercises and reps
• Then Broad Jump to cone 4 and complete the same exercises and reps
• Then Bear Crawl the 30 yards back to the start. Modify was to Bernie back around outer perimeter. 
• Rinse and Repeat until around 8 minutes left. I believe all got at least 3 rounds and a couple may have got close to 5.
• Mosey back to COT

MARY
Being FNG heavy and no doubt a couple were ready to be done with Killer B’s, we had a good 6-7 minutes left for Mary. Hello Dolly’s, Box Cutters, J-Lo’s, Outlaws, Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Ankle Biters, and Dying Cockroach in various counts.
