• Merks, Mountain Climbers, Crunches, Burpees

• 8 Min of 60 Sec Each X 2

• Curls, Side Straddle Hops, Over Head Press, Block Swings

• One final round of all 8 exercises until each Pax had all they wanted • Animal Walks

• Bear Crawl, Crab Crawl • Duck Waddles (Block Between Legs), Tuttle Lunges (Block on Back) • Frog Jumps, Inch Worm • More Ducks and Turtles

• Fallen Tree Challenge

• Like an Indian run The Pax Hold plank while someone Jumps over each person. When you get jumped over you do a merk. When you are last in line start jumping the guys in plank
