21s and Man Makers

We had a nice cool morning on the last day for The Range in the Man Maker Challenge. 10 Pax came out.

THE THANG

Pax split into two groups. One group went to one set of stairs, the second group went to the other. We did 21s with man makers.

1st set:

1 v-up at the bottom of the stairs.

run halfway up the stairs and do 5 man makers.

run the rest of the way up and do 20 jump lunges.

run halfway back down and do 5 man makers.

Repeat

2nd set:

1 merkin at the bottom

5 man makers halfway up

20 plank jacks at the top

run all the way back down (I called an audible on the man makers for the 2nd set)

Repeat

Some pax did man makers to get to an even 100. Others did:

5 man makers

American Hammers IC x30

I think all Pax hit at least 100 man makers for a total of 1,140.
