THE THANG

With Valentine’s Day approaching, YHC thought it would be a good idea to walk the PAX through a menu plan for a special meal with that special someone. Pax started out with Double Quarter Pounders, as follows:

Start at line: run to 1 st cone, do 25 merkins, run backward to starting line

run to 2 nd cone, do 50 squats, run backward to starting line

run to 3 rd cone, do 75 mountain climbers, run backward to starting line

run to 4 th cone, do 100 SSH’s, run backward

Repeat

Next up was the side dish: FRIES

1 st lap: 25 Fairy jacks at 3:00 and 9:00

2 nd lap: 25 Rosalitas (4 count) at 3:00 and 9:00

3 rd lap: 25 Imperial Squat Walkers at 3:00 and 9:00

4 th lap: 25 E2K at 3:00 and 9:00 (both sides =1)

5 th lap: 25 step ups (both legs=1) at 12:00

Seven-ups

1 burpee, run to cone, 2 burpees, back to starting line, 3 burpees, etc. up to 7 burpees.
