As Advent draws to a close, and Christmas looms right around the corner, YHC thought it would be a good idea to break out an F3 Advent Calendar. 25 doors. Behind each door is not a treat, but an exercise. Each Pax opens a door. Then he runs a lap while the other Pax do the exercise that the door reveals–merkins, burpees, 8-count bodybuilders, squats, jumping beans, Lt. Dans, flutter kicks, etc. In some cases, the prescribed exercise will be labeled (x2. In that event, the Pax who selected the door runs 2 laps. Repeat until time’s up or until Christmas comes.
