• block square block push-ups then oblique lick outs • Squat with block press then crisscross • kennel block then jumping jacks • bent over block rows then switch kick with or without jump, depending on PAX • Block to chin pull then tetris hop • arched back block press then long jumps • chicken peckers then alternating row abs • chico peckers then ab jack taps • chicken peckers with knee tucks then ab box switch • crisscross/reverse dirty hook ups with penalty box touches
