YHC has been thinking a lot lately about the idea of “being known”.  As men and leaders of our families, etc., it is easy to fall into patterns of life and not let the people around us see who we really are.  F3 is a great opportunity to allow men to become brothers by sharing struggles and accomplishments; the fitness is great, but getting to know guys in a “real” way who share common beliefs and life stages, has been a game changer for YHC.
