It was a nice morning for a workout.

THE THANG

We started out with a burpee mile. It was not difficult, but it was hard. It went like this:

• Do 15 burpees • Run a lap around the track • Do 15 burpees • Run a lap around the track • Do 15 burpees • Run a lap around the track • Do 15 burpees • Run a lap around the track • Do 15 burpees

At the conclusion of the burpee mile we had completed 95 burpees (including those in the COP). YHC offered an opportunity for each PAX to choose whether or not they wanted to complete 5 more burpees in order to reach 100. All PAX in attendance opted to get extra more better on this particular morning.

PAX moseyed to the soccer field where the found 2 cones about 20 yards apart. The PAX performed some ascending and descending ladders as follows:

• Bear crawl from cone 1 to cone 2 and then perform 1 merkin, crab walk back to cone 1 and perform 2 merkins, bear crawl back to cone 2 for 3 merkins, crab to 4 merkins, bear to 5 merkins (bear crawl, crab walk ascending merkin ladder from 1-5). • Power skip descending squat ladder from 5-1 • Karaoke ascending monkey humper (4 coung) ladder from 1-5 • Lunge walk descending big boy sit up ladder from 5-1

Then we finished with some suicide sprints to make sure we were all winded heading into Mary
