Teams of 2, 1 ran to the top of the hill while the other did R-BOMBS:

• 25 Double Block R ows • 50 B urpees • 100 O verhead Claps • 150 M erkins • 200 B ig Boy Sit-ups • 250 S quats

No one finished the squats before we block mosey-ed back to circle up and pray…-

Burpee train.  An unknown number of cars went by in this time 10 seconds before our time together was complete.  A smaller number of burpees than cars were reluctantly completed by hard working pax until the train passed.
