• Hillbilly Walkers -IC – 14  (YHC figured since most PAX in attendance couldn’t go any higher than their Team we would stop there) • Through the (East River Mountain)Tunnel – IC – 14 • Mountain ‘Merkins (Like Carolina Dry Docks just 40x better) – IC – 14 • Little Baby Arm Circles (as Chunk so greatly put it “Since WVU ran circles around UT”) – IC -14 • LBAC in Reverse (since UT looked like they were going backwards most of the game) – IC -14

THE THANG

Another playing of some of Country Roads was enjoyed by all.  Today’s thang made use of the entire parking lot like it was a football field.  At one end was the V.O.L.S. endzone. The other was W.V.U

• V – V Ups – 14 • O – Outlaws – 14 • L – Long Jump Burpees – 14 • S – Squerkins – Partner up one PAX did 7 ‘Merkins while the other held his legs in the wheelbarrow position then the other PAX did 7 squats. PAX then switched and repeated

Moseyed to the other endzone and planked on the six

• W – Wave ‘Merkins – 40   PAX were in a circle. They planked while one PAX started ‘merkins the ‘merkins continued around the circle like a wave until it totaled 40 • V – Van Goghda  – Think Abe Vigoda on your six – 40  (20 each side) • U – Upstradle hops – 40 (20 each leg)
