• 11s At the top of the stairs do 10 LBCs, run to the top of the drive to complete 1 squat. Continue this until 1 LBC and 10 squats. • As the pax pass through the parkinglot, stop and do 5 merkins (total of 10 each trip) • Pax had to finish final set of reps at the stairs so we had time to mosey back to COT.
