Workout was pretty straightforward. Sprint the total yardage and # of reps indicated. In between we had “rest period” for some recovery, at least QIC’s idea of recovery. Donatello was quick to point out that he only had the PAX working from even #s but why skip the odd #s? Workout was as follows:
