#1) 100 Push-presses with a block.  EMOM=5 burpees.  7 min time cap.

#2) 100 crunches.  EMOM=2 shuttle runs (curb to curb).  7 min time cap.

#3)  100 squats (w or w/out block). EMOM=5 burpees.  7 min time cap.
